Zovo Bank File Converter
Convert a bank statement to a QBO, OFX, QIF or CSV file that QuickBooks and Quicken import.
Zovo Bank File Converter turns a bank or credit card statement (PDF, CSV, Excel or rows you paste) into a QuickBooks Web Connect .qbo file, OFX 1.0.2 and OFX 2 files, a QIF file and a QuickBooks CSV. Each transaction gets a stable, unique FITID so converting and importing the same statement again (with the same account id) does not duplicate it, and each file is re-read and checked before you download it.
What it does
- Reads text PDF statements and CSV or Excel exports, with debit/credit columns, CR/DR markers and newest-first order
- QBO (Web Connect) for QuickBooks Online and Desktop, OFX 1.0.2 SGML and OFX 2.2 XML, QIF for Quicken, and a 3-column QuickBooks CSV
- Stable, unique FITIDs per transaction, DTSTART and DTEND from the statement period, LEDGERBAL from the ending balance
- Checking, savings and credit card statements, with card charges written as negative amounts
- Opening + transactions = closing checked to the cent when balances are known
- Every file re-read before download: count, total, unique ids and required OFX elements

Limitations
- Text PDFs only: scanned statements need OCR first, or paste the rows
